Arts Alive Summer Art Camps for Ages 4-12
We welcome your young artists to a summer of fun, creativity and fresh air! In an atmosphere that is non-judgemental, our goal is to ensure every camper feels excited, comfortable and eager to learn about art, create art, talk confidently about and enjoy all things “art”. Together with local instructors, each week young artists will explore different themes, spend some time outdoors, learn a bit about art history, make new friends and engage their creative minds.

If you have ever avoided art class because “I can’t draw a straight line!” or “I am so not talented when it comes to painting!”, have we got an opportunity for you! Get creative with collage.
Can you rip paper? Can you use a gluestick? If you answered, “Of course!” to one or both those questions Casual Collage Collective is for you!
Every Tuesday evening from 6 - 9 pm we invite you to join us in the Community Studio. We provide everything you will need to get started - including a little inspiration and guidance. You pay per session in advance online. Come once. Come as many times as you want. Come whenever you feel inspired. Make it a “date night”, a special occasion fun activity or just a chance to disconnect, go offline and create in that old school fashion. Everyone (16+ please) is welcome! Enter through The Shed door at the back of the building.

Open Studio Life Drawing
Every Wednesday evening from 7 -10 pm (for over 50 years now!) Gallery Stratford’s Open Studio Life drawing sessions provide artists of all levels with the opportunity to draw from a live nude model. Sessions begin with quick gestural poses and work up to a final one-hour pose at the end. Purchase your passes online ($6/hour) prior to attending. Bring your own materials and enter through The Shed door at the back of the building. Out of courtesy for the model and fellow artists we ask you to arrive promptly at 7 pm or shortly before.
