Dialogues: Conversations with Artists
Dialogues: Conversations with Artists is Gallery Stratford's new lecture series. We invite you to join us for the first of a series of casual conversations presenting an opportunity to get to know the artists we exhibit and to look inside their work. Thematic in scope these conversations are designed to examine and explore creative inspiration, method, medium, style, and philosophical approach. We invite you to join us on this journey to learn, inquire, imagine, explore and exchange ideas and information.
In many ways this series is inspired by the work in our current regional juried exhibition, Dialogues. The theme for this exhibition emerged out of the work rather than dictating the work. As we began to place the work in the gallery the threads holding the individual works and individual artists together began to emerge. We present just three of these thread, which will be unraveled over the course of three weeks in November.
